| New York Giants center Weston Richburg was fined $12,000 for taunting after being the first player ejected for two unsportsmanlike conduct penalties in the same game, a source told ESPNs Adam Schefter.Richburg is appealing the fine.The Giants starting center was thrown out of Sundays 29-27 loss to the Washington Redskins early in the fourth quarter after delivering a downfield hit on cornerback Josh Norman. It was what Richburg said, not did, that earned him the ejection.Richburg could be seen quickly yelling something in Normans direction immediately after the play moved the Giants to the Redskins 5-yard line.
